Miami Bliss Limo provides chauffeured transportation in South Florida and coordinates trips elsewhere. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or book a trip, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to arrange and complete your trip:

• Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address.
• Trip details — pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, passenger and luggage counts, flight or cruise information, and any special requests.
• Correspondence — the messages you send us by phone, text, or email.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payment is arranged directly when your booking is confirmed.

How we use it

Your information is used to quote, confirm, and carry out your trip: dispatching a chauffeur, monitoring your flight, contacting you about pickup, and following up on the booking. We may also use your contact details to reach you about a change to a trip you have already booked.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Who we share it with

We share trip details with the chauffeur assigned to your booking. For trips outside our direct service area, we share what is necessary with the vetted transportation provider coordinating that leg. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Booking records are retained for as long as needed to service your account, resolve questions about a past trip, and meet our accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, subject to those obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only what is needed to load pages and remember your display preferences. We do not run advertising trackers. Your browser settings control whether this local storage is allowed, and the site works without it.

Your choices

Children

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Children travel as passengers on bookings made by an adult.
